Eirini Tsalapati has a keen interest in the challenges of Public Procurement law. Eirini has gained experience in administrative and public law cases, in particular, in public works, service and procurement contracts. Since 2020 she has dealt with various legal issues of public procurement law and has prepared several cases addressed to the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Appeals and to the courts of the country.
Eirini joined Machas & Partners law firm in 2022. She is a lawyer with a right of audience before the Court of Appeal.
