Evangelia Sgountzou focuses on Public and Administrative law, specializing in Public Tenders, Public Procurement and PPPs.

She worked as a trainee lawyer in a top tier law firm under the supervision of a professor of Athens’ Law School, gaining significant experience in handling cases relating to both Civil/Commercial and Public law. As a result, she has been systematically involved in daily and extensive practice in Court, in cooperation with the Administrative Authorities as well as in legal research and legal document drafting. Through her postgraduate studies Evangelia has gained valuable knowledge of Public Law, specializing on administrative, constitutional, and public procurement law.

Also, Evangelia acts as a legal counsel, providing legal support to Contracting Authorities concerning each aspect of tender preparation, as well as private entities (both Greek and foreign) concerning tender submission.

Evangelia joined Machas & Partners in March 2022 as a member of the Public and Administrative Law team. She is licensed to practice law before the Court of First Instance.
