Ifigeneia Sagia focuses on Corporate, M&A and Energy Law. Her line of practice encompasses general corporate matters, such as drafting company statutes, amendments, conversions and minutes of corporate bodies. She also represents and advises domestic and multinational clients on various corporate and energy matters, with regards to their day-to-day operation, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, as well as legal due diligence reviews.
Since completing her postgraduate studies in Paris, Ifigeneia has worked both as an associate lawyer in law firms as well as an inhouse lawyer for a shipping company and a development company of RES projects (with emphasis on PV and Battery Storage). She has also served as a Legal Counsel at the Greek Ombudsman, advising clients and performing legal research regarding violations of human rights as well as environmental and urban planning legislation.
Ifigeneia joined Machas & Partners in October 2023 as a member of the Corporate/Commercial and M&A team. She is licensed to practice law before the Court of First Instance.
