Our firm’s Litigation and Civil law practice, with Maria Antoniadou, Managing Partner, leading the team, provided critical legal support to the client. The case involved complex corporate law issues, of great importance to our client, as a significant dispute with a shareholder is concerned as well as the cancellation of a critical contract.
