Anastasios Virvilios has many years of experience in administrative and public law cases, in particular in public works, service and procurement contracts. More specifically, he has represented Greek and foreign legal entities in numerous cases regarding Public Contracts, payment orders, Public Tenders, before the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of State, the Court of Audit and any competent administrative court.

Furthermore, Anastasios has handled complex commercial law and civil law cases, in particular on matters pertaining to Real Estate and Property Law in general as well as Security Interest, as well as criminal law cases, providing specialized legal services of criminal law in relation to instances of administrative misconduct, breaches of duty, breach of fiduciary duty and misconduct concerning the service of public service Administrators, Presidents and Managing Directors of organization within the public sector, as well as Presidents of Committees and Ministerial Departments.

In addition, he provides legal services to all kinds of contracting authorities, Legal Entities Governed by Public Law, Special Universities Accounts, Legal Entities Governed by Private Law. His expertise spans the preparation of legal opinions, tender announcements, contracts, answering legal questions, carrying out legal control of supporting documents in public tenders, drafting appeals and applications for interim relief in public tenders (for supplies, services and public works) and representing their principals in relation to the above-described cases in civil and administrative courts (First Instance Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Council of State).
