Machas & Partners is advising an Israeli investor regarding a mezzanine finance structure for the financing of a residential real estate project in Greece.
Maria Antoniadou, Managing Partner, is leading the firm’s Real Estate team and Tom Kyriakopoulos, Partner, is leading the Commercial, Corporate and Banking & Finance team.
The team’s support includes senior bond loans with fixed interest and contingent variable interest related to internal rate of return (IRR) of the project as well as subordinated junior bond loans with fixed interest and variable interest based on the after-tax earnings of the project.
