Identifying growth and investment opportunities for its clients in a rapidly changing environment in Greece, Machas & Partners is providing ongoing advice to Belgian and Israeli investors in the Greek real estate market. Tom Kyriakopoulos, Partner, is leading the Commercial, Corporate and Banking & Finance team.
The teams’ work includes setting up SPVs (acquisition of Greek TINs and the opening of bank accounts), complying with all Greek corporate matter, drafting corporate bond loan agreements and other auxiliary security documents, negotiating the terms of and drafting shareholder agreements, drafting the Articles of Association based on the shareholder agreements.
